Poor customer service! Placed a large order on Nov. 30 and within one minute after my purchase I wanted to add another item to my order and was told my order could not be modified and that I would have to place a new order. Placed the new order for one item. The first order was shipped immediately, but not the second. I kept asking about the second order and was told it would ship in 2-3 days. They kept repeating this over and over and the items never shipped. Never once did Vanquish apologize or offer to fix the situation. I finally cancelled the second order I December 11. I am now returning my first order. This was my first time dealing with Vanquish and it will be my last time!

The clothing is brilliant, great quality, and fit. The sizing guide is spot on and advises on the size you need for the type of fit you want. Shipping is fast and the customer service is excellent, informed me quickly of an out stock item, changed it and shipped it. thanks CLOE for helping me with my order.

Excellent quality and fit, couldn’t recommend enough. If you’re thinking about buying, just do it! The clothes won’t disappoint. I had a very minor issue with my order which was rectified right away by one of the customer service advisors, Chelsea - whom couldn’t have handled the situation better. Happy days.
I was missing parts from my order I contacted vanquish customer services and Charlotte dealt with the issue very promptly and got my missing parts shipped to me very quickly. Excellent customer service.

Ordered two pairs of tracksuit training trousers only received one!!! sent across an email Charlotte promised to send out a pair immediately its now been 8 days, I have tried calling the office telephone no phones are answered emails are ignored, promised for delivery would take 48hours, its not the clients fault an item went missing its been two weeks now waiting for an order and still nothing!!!!!!! order no 521240, dealt with Chelsea and Charlotte no feedback no tracking details, the same generic reasons if you get one and then start from scratch like they on even know you or your complaint!!!!! very very sad as the products have been amazing! Vanquish FITNESS WAKE UP!!!! LOCK DOWN IS OVER
Chris was very helpful. Unfortunately the clothing didn’t fit on this occasion, but was resolved really quickly for instant refund. Will be looking for a different style and would definitely recommend Vanquish.

A rollercoaster. I am a PT. I will start with the positive customer service : responsive, polite, capable and genuily eager to improve their service and bring customer satisfaction.
The clothes feel good to wear for casual or exercise purposes, colors are varied.
Now beware your sizing choice though as the charts are vague and there discrepancies on the website same model showing different stats... best to ask customer service twice, three times before purchasing esp ask for the exact items dimensions eg T-Shirts and pants are überlong.
About quality there seems to be some discontinuity I for instance ordered 3 trousers XL from the same line but not 3 different colors. One feels like a M, the other a L and one finally a XL.
Brexit will make delays longer than announced. I am based in France and it took 2 full weeks from purchasing to delivery. Didn't bother me but again best ask if you are choosy regarding delivery.
I would say imho that VQ service is of a great quality however the items are slightly overpriced for what they are esp. considering the competition. The cuts and fabric are too stylish for their own good. Cotton is breathable btw.
With a few tweaks down the assembly line VQ could be an excellent fitness brand yet there is still room for improvement.
Never received my order since January 13th. After a lot of e-mail contact, today they finally sent the order. I checken the ordernumber but this is the wrong order! I have sent an e-mail one more time but they do not respond anymore. I have ordered here more times but this was definately the last time! Very bad service!
